Service Technician

Candidates having experience in at least one of the following areas are invited to apply:

1. Background in electrical maintenance,
2. Background in mechanical maintenance,
3. Background in CNC programming,
4. Experience with Fanuc-based controls,
5. Ability to read ladder diagrams.

The ideal service technician candidate will possess their own tools.  This is a full-time position.  Technicians will be required to drive a company-owned service vehicle to customer locations throughout southern Ontario.

Sales Person

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

1. Previous sales experience with a thorough knowledge of the metal cutting CNC industry,
2. A keen desire to sell Japanese machine tools,
3. Experience with marketing.

This is a full time position based in Stoney Creek.  Sales persons will be required to drive a company owned work vehicle to customer locations throughout southern Ontario. 

Parts / Service Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Service Coordinator position in the Stoney Creek area. Primary duties include corresponding with vendors and clients, source pricing and availability, assisting and supporting service manager, and inventory control. The ideal candidate would be an individual who enjoys working with a tight-knit team to accomplish daily tasks in a steadily fast-paced environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and has a strong work ethic.

· Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers and customers
• Source pricing and availability from vendors
• Quote parts while maintaining preferred parts pricing for dealers 
• Generate stock orders as required
• Shipping and Receiving
• Assist Service Manager with scheduling service technicians
